Manufacturing Operator

Location: Basingstoke

Shifts: Rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Pay: £13.79 per hour

The Manufacturing Operator II supports daily production by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role involves working on a production line, completing paperwork, operating equipment, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Key Responsibilities

Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards

Set up materials and equipment based on work orders

Operate and monitor conveyor and packaging equipment

Fill, weigh, label, seal, and pack products

Inspect materials and products for quality

Complete production paperwork accurately

Perform line clearance (cleaning, reconciling materials)

Keep work areas clean and follow all GMP and ISO requirementsRequirements

Secondary education or equivalent

Experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments (preferred)

Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Comfortable standing, bending, lifting xjnqpsq up to 50 lbs, and using hand tools

Must follow PPE rules (safety boots, safety glasses, no jewellery/makeup)Other Information

Possibility of extension or conversion depending on business needs
