High–growth, 12mpa, 60 employee, UK designer and manufacturer of category–leading hardware/software products for the monitoring, control and optimisation of commercial and industrial systems.

Strong brand equity and ambitious expansion plans, looking to appoint a high calibre Managing Director to lead them through a period of tremendous growth and opportunity.

A rare opportunity to lead a highly thought of, manufacturer and market leader, supplying a prestigious portfolio of industrial, commercial and retail end user customers, system integrators and key project partners.

The Role

Responsible for determining the strategic direction of the business, leading all core functions including technical, manufacturing, commercial, marketing, finance, installation, service, and supply chain.

A hands–on leadership role requiring strategic vision and operational rigour.

You

A commercially astute, strategically minded Managing Director

Strong track record of growing a technical product manufacturer.

Entrepreneurial, results–driven, and capable of leading a fantastic business through a period of rapid growth and transformation.

Experience of delivering installation and support services would be advantageous but is not essential.
