£13.70 per hour | Monday–Thursday | Temp to Perm

Select Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Little Melton.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time role offering a great work-life balance, with a four-day working week and no weekend work. Following successful training, you'll also have the opportunity to move onto a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern.

Your Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently

Carry out routine machine checks to ensure production standards are maintained

Load raw materials and packaging into machinery

Identify and report machine faults or breakdowns

Make basic machine adjustments and assist with changeovers

Complete quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and company standards

Maintain a clean and hygienic work area

Follow all Health & Safety, HACCP and food hygiene procedures

Complete production records accurately

Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Machine xjnqpsq Operator or Machine Setter is essential

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

A reliable and positive approach to work
