Description
MACHINE OPERATOR
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in the Aston area of Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for Machine operating, minding, Assembling and quality inspecting of end product. You will also be working to targets on a fast–paced production line and ensuring the efficient operation of the factory and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting ,Operating and maintaining the machinery .Assembling raw materials and parts on the shop floorQuality inspecting and final inspection of the completed partsPack and load materials into machinesSpray painting or coating products Monitor the production process from start to finish to ensure quality and efficiency.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Requirements:
2 years previous experience working in a factory environment is requiredMachine opertaing experince is needed for this role Working in a fast–paced environment and working to achieve targetsFamiliarity with factory and warehouse operations.Ability to operate and maintain the machinery.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.Excellent teamwork and communication skills. This role will be a temporary to permanent opportunity
Working Monday Thursday 8.00am 5.00pm & Friday 08.00am 1.30pm
Hourly Rate of GBP12.21ph
