Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for Machine Operatives to join their production team in Lopen. The role involves maintaining production quality and efficiency while following strict health and safety standards.
Key Duties
Operate production machinery after training.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Accurately complete all required shift documentation.
Identify and report equipment faults or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
Perform regular product inspections for compliance.
Requirements
Willingness to learn and follow training processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
What We Offer
Salary £25,900-£38,800 per annum, depending on shift.
Monday to Friday shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.
Early finish on Fridays.
