Our client is currently seeking a Surface Mount Machine Operator to join their dynamic team and support the efficient operation of their Surface Mount Line. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing processes.Set up, operate, and adjust SMT equipment including Printers, Pick and Place Machines, Ovens, and AOI systems.Monitor equipment performance and ensure it meets company standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.Comply with all housekeeping and safety regulations, including the safe handling of hazardous materials. Skills & Experience

Full training will be provided where needed.Experience with SMT and Europlacer pick and place equipment is advantageous.Ability to work to tight deadlines with high accuracy.Strong ability to follow instructions and interpret diagrams.Good decision-making skills and manual dexterity.Computer literacy is essential.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
