Henstridge | £12.21-£12.74 per hour (training rate) | Excellent shift allowance once trained | 2pm-10pm | Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Henstridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional production environment, with excellent pay and benefits once trained.

Key Duties:

Operate manual and CNC-based machinery.

Read technical drawings and make adjustments to machines.

Band, palletise, bag, and prepare products for loading.

Report machine faults to the supervisor.

Follow material processing requirements and tolerances.

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

Operate FLT for loading and unloading.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating manual or CNC machinery.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Valid FLT licence (desirable).

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
