Description
Machine Operator / Production Operator
Rochester
c. £25k
Monday – Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) - rotating weekly
My client, a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Machine Operator to join their thriving team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking and fully computer literate, with a high level of attention to detail, previous experience working on machines, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload!
Duties include:
Prepare machines and set them to production recipes.
Prepare all raw materials so they’re ready for production.
Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.
Resolve any stoppages with machines.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines at all times.
Any other duties required.
The right candidate will have / be:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment, operating machinery.
Experience working within the food manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
A strong team player.
Computer literate.
Quick and methodical.
Flexible and proactive.
