Location: Rochester

Salary: GBP14 to GBP15 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am on a 4 on 4 off pattern

This Machine Operator role sits above a Production Operative level and is ideal for someone looking to take on more responsibility, build technical skills and progress within a well structured and supportive environment.

What You ll Be Doing

• Setting up and operating production machinery used for blending, filling, encapsulation or packaging

• Carrying out basic mechanical checks and adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient running

• Troubleshooting issues and acting as the first point of contact on the production line

• Ensuring all products meet high quality, food safety and GMP standards

• Completing accurate shift paperwork and production records

• Supporting colleagues to maintain strong production flow

• Keeping machinery and work areas clean, organised and safe

• Experience working with machinery in a manufacturing or production environment

• Comfortable setting up or adjusting machines, or keen to learn and develop these skills

• Positive attitude towards progression and learning new skills
