Immediate Start – Machine Operatives Wanted in Desborough!
Temp to Perm | £12.95/hr Starting | Pay Increase After Training
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with great potential and a supportive team? We’re hiring Machine Operatives to join a busy production site in Desborough. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm role with full training provided and excellent prospects for growth.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating machinery as part of a team
Manual handling and production tasks
Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
What We’re Looking For:
Previous machine operative experience is a bonus, but not essential
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
A reliable team player ready to hit the ground running
