Machine Operative
Ilminster, Somerset Up to 14.11 per hour Full time Alternating weekly shifts Paid fortnightly Operating packing line machinery and supporting team coordination.

Key Duties
Operate and manage packing line machinery efficiently and safely.
Meet production targets while maintaining quality, hygiene and safety standards.
Lead product changeovers and support team coordination.
Train and support new and existing team members.
Report performance issues to the Team Leader.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across shifts.
Requirements
Previous experience working with machinery in a production environment.
Strong communication and numeracy skills.
Proactive, team–focused attitude.
Reliable, punctual and safety–conscious.
