Role: Production Operative
Location: Groby, LE6
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Hours:
Monday–Wednesday: 7.30am–4.30pmThursday: 7.30am–4pmFriday: 7.30am–1pmContract: 12–month temporary role with the potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out production tasks according to work instructions and standard operating proceduresOperate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficientlyConduct quality checks and report any faults, defects, or deviations to the quality teamMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in line with health and safety policiesSupport process improvements by providing feedback on tools, equipment, and methodsWhat They're Looking For:
