Job Title: Logistics Operator

Location: Witham

Salary: 27,540 – 33,542 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:15pm (39 or 47.5 hours per week)

We are seeking a Logistics Operator to join a renowned British Manufacturing and Production company based in Witham. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for someone with experience in a warehouse and logistics environment who is looking to develop their skills and grow within a well–established organisation.

Responsibilities of a Logistics Operator:

Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and practices within the logistics area.

Ensure stock movements are managed in accordance with company and industry standards.

Ensure technical procedures are up to date, understood, and followed.

Perform and record product tests as required.

Maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.

Monitor safe working practices within the team and address any unsafe conditions or behaviours immediately.

The ideal Logistics Operator:

Previous experience in a warehouse and logistics environment.

A positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues and other departments.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and work in a cost–efficient manner.

Salary & Hours

27,540 – 33,542 per annum

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:15pm

Option to work either 39 hours or 47.5 hours per week
