NOW HIRING: Bulk Side Operator / Loading Shovel Operator
Flixborough Industrial | Manufacturing
£13.00 per hour | Guaranteed 48 hrs/week
Overtime: £19.50 per hour after 48 hrs
12‑Hour Shifts (Days & Nights), Monday-Thursday - Fridays OFF!

We're looking for a safety‑focused Bulk Side Operator at our Flixborough Industrial site, working 12‑hour shifts Monday to Thursday, with every Friday OFF.
What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate the loading shovel & mobile plant (daily checks required)
Keep raw materials flowing to production lines efficiently
Hit production targets while following strict safety & PPE procedures
Receive and input deliveries into SAP, manage stock movement
Support quality checks, safe unloading and correct labelling
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance and improvement activities
Communicate issues quickly & ensure smooth shift handovers
What You MUST Have
A valid, in‑date Loading Shovel Licence (ESSENTIAL)
Plus:
Strong safety mindset
Mobile plant experience (advantageous)
Good communication & problem‑solving skills
Proactive team player
Willingness to undertake training
Working Pattern & Pay
£13.00 per hour
Guaranteed 48 hours per week
£19.50 per hour overtime after 48 hours
12‑hour shifts

EVERY Friday OFF
