Job Responsibilities

Collect and dispose of waste, including emptying bins and recycling cardboard and plastics.

Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, brushing, and floor cleaning using appropriate equipment.

Maintain cleanliness inside the premises and around the site exterior, including weeding and clearing leaves.

Assist with site maintenance tasks, including moving office furniture and disposing of old products.

Support occasional painting or minor refurbishment activities as required.

Operate a forklift truck (FLT) for baling materials and loading/unloading trucks, subject to holding a valid FLT licence.

Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning, site maintenance, or facilities support is desirable.

Valid FLT (forklift truck) licence is highly advantageous.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects.

Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning and site maintenance.

Flexibility to undertake one-off tasks such as painting or furniture moving as needed. xjnqpsq

Reliable and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Pay rate: £12.96 p/h Day shifts- Friday until 12.10pm
