We re hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join a leading international FMCG operations team, managing stock activity across multiple European sites. This is a high–impact, cross–border role ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and a desire to drive process excellence within a globally recognised business.

The Role

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you ll support the accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory across third–party production sites and warehouses across the EMEA region. You ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain inventory reports and transactions in SAPPerform month–end, quarter–end, and year–end stock reconciliationsCollaborate with production and logistics partners across the UK, Ireland & Europe Review and recover value from stock losses and variancesPost production, receipts, and sales within defined deadlinesWork cross–functionally with finance, supply chain, and external stakeholdersEnsure accurate reporting and inventory control across all EMEA sites

What We re Looking For

Background in inventory control, warehousing or logisticsAdvanced Excel skills and a data accuracy mindsetPrior experience with SAPStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analysis skills, with experience in reconciliation & variance analysis Comfortable working across multiple cultures and locationsProactive approach, able to manage BAU and ad hoc priorities
