Injection Moulding Setter

Due to continued growth, a leading manufacturer of plastic products is looking to recruit an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Technician to join their expanding team. This is a key role, focused on maintaining production output while consistently delivering high–quality standards.

The business has enjoyed year–on–year growth and has recently invested in state–of–the–art machinery alongside a site expansion, making this an exciting time to join.

Salary: Up to 40,000 Monday to Friday

As an Injection Moulding Setter / Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out tool changes, as well as material and colour changesSetting machine conditions to optimise performanceEnsuring all robotics and ancillary equipment are fully operationalIdentifying and recommending improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and waste reductionTroubleshooting moulding processes and implementing corrective actions, with documentation where requiredTo be successful in this role, you will:

Have proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or TechnicianBe confident with condition setting and knowledgeable across a range of materialsHave hands–on experience troubleshooting moulding issuesDemonstrate a strong interest in lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement, with a desire to help drive the business forwardIf this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, click the link to apply and we'll be in touch.
