Job Title: Injection Machine Operator

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: Up to GBP30,000 per annum bonuses

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 3:00pm 11:00pm

Friday: 1:30pm 8:00pm

A well–established precision plastics manufacturer is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Machine Operator to join its evening shift production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business supplying high–quality plastic components to a range of industries.

The RoleYou will operate and monitor injection moulding machinery, carry out quality inspections, and support packing, assembly, and finishing processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and production targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor injection moulding machinesCarry out routine quality checks on manufactured componentsPack, inspect, and assemble products ready for dispatchAssist with insertion moulding and secondary manufacturing operationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised work environmentFollow production procedures and health & safety standards at all timesWhat We re Looking ForPrevious experience in injection moulding, plastics manufacturing, or machine operation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
