2K Paint | Industrial Spraying | Surface Preparation
Are you an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer looking for steady work, a good hourly rate and a permanent position?
We’re recruiting for a skilled sprayer to join an established engineering manufacturer in Rugby. You’ll be preparing and spraying large fabricated products using 2K / 2-pack paint systems, with a focus on producing a consistent, high-quality finish.

The role:
* Industrial spraying using 2K / 2-pack paint
* Preparing and masking surfaces
* Mixing paint and preparing equipment
* Spraying large fabricated components and equipment
* Checking finished work for quality
* Keeping the spray area clean and organised
What we need:
* Previous industrial or commercial paint spraying experience
* Experience using 2K / 2-pack paint systems
* Good surface preparation skills
* A strong eye for finish and quality
* Good awareness of spray shop health and safety
Experience spraying commercial vehicles, plant, machinery, fabricated equipment or other large products would be particularly relevant.
