HSEQ Manager Position Overview

Taking responsibility for the day–to–day HSEQ processes and proceduresMaintaining and developing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systemsEnsuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation and company standardsCarrying out audits, inspections and investigations where requiredSupporting and maintaining the company's Quality Management SystemSupporting ISO 9001 compliance and auditing activitiesIdentifying opportunities to improve HSEQ processes and proceduresImplementing corrective and preventative actions where requiredPromoting high standards of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental complianceWorking independently and taking ownership of the HSEQ functionSupporting the continued growth and development of the business

HSEQ Manager Position Requirements

NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is essentialPrevious HSE/HSEQ experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience within a Quality role would be advantageousKnowledge of ISO 9001, with auditing experience desirableGood understanding of Health & Safety legislation, processes and proceduresStrong organisational and problem–solving skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesProactive approach with a desire to develop and improve HSEQ standardsSuitable for an experienced HSE/Quality professional looking to step up into an HSEQ management positionBased in a commutable distance of Ellesmere, Shropshire
