The Situation

Ford & Stanley are partnered with one of the largest rolling stock maintenance organisations in the UK to recruit a Heavy Maintenance Delivery Manager. This role involves leading the mobilisation and delivery of heavy maintenance programmes, including strategic production planning, proactive staff engagement initiatives, and championing health and safety best practices across all operations. The successful candidate will foster a culture of ownership and collaboration, keeping teams motivated and aligned with performance goals while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations. With continued investment in rolling stock performance, this role is central to sustaining excellence in service delivery.
