Position: Hand Solderer

Contract Type: Temp to Perm following 3 months probation

Shift work: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm

Hourly Rate: £12.35 - £13.25

Working Pattern: Full Time

What You'll Do:

As a Hand Solderer, you will be at the heart of our production process, ensuring that our electronic components are assembled with the utmost care and accuracy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Performing hand soldering on various electronic components

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics

Conducting quality checks to ensure the highest standards are met

Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for optimal efficiency What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience in hand soldering (preferably in electronics)

A keen eye for detail and a passion for precision

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills
