Position: Hand Assembler

Contract Type: Temp to Perm following 3 months probation

Shift work: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm

Hourly Rate: £12.35 - £13.25

Working Pattern: Full Time

What You'll Do:

Hand assembly of small electrical or mechanical components

Operating basic production equipment with precision

Following detailed work instructions and quality standards

Conducting visual checks to ensure products meet specifications

Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines

Maintaining a tidy and safe workstation at all times What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production is desirable but not essential

Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to work to standard operating procedures

A reliable team player with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn new skills and processes
