This Graduate Process Engineer position offers an excellent platform for an engineering graduate to develop their career within a dynamic operational setting. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to help improve processes, analyse performance data, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

The role provides valuable exposure to real-world engineering challenges, allowing you to build strong technical skills while contributing to efficiency, quality, and cost improvement projects.

The Job You Will Be Doing:

* Assist in maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations

* Collect and interpret process data to identify performance trends and improvement areas

* Support process improvement and waste reduction initiatives

* Help create, update, and maintain process documentation and operating procedures

* Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action planning

* Support the application of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools

* Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams xjnqpsq

* Provide support on engineering and process-related projects from planning through to delivery

About You:

* Educated to degree level (BEng, MEng, or MSc) in Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline

* Strong analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving

* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

* Clear communicator with good organisational skills

* An interest in continuous improvement, lean principles, or Six Sigma methods (advantageous but not essential)

* Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
