Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Full UK driving licence

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based in Salford Priors, near Evesham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience who is looking for a stable Monday to Friday position with long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently

Monitoring production processes and carrying out quality checks

Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production lines

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

Loading and unloading deliveries

Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas

Assisting with stock control and inventory checks

Carrying out general warehouse and production duties as required

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Requirements

Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment

Good attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the location

FLT Counterbalance licence and experience would be advantageous but are not essential
