Location: Braintree

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

We're looking for skilled, hands‑on operatives to join our Cable Preparation Team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This is intricate, precision work involving small wires, so strong dexterity and previous soldering experience are essential.

Key duties include:

Preparing and assembling small cables and components

Precision soldering of fine wires to specification

Cutting, stripping, and crimping cables

Reading and following work instructions and drawings

Inspecting completed work to ensure high quality standards
