Straight Forward Recruitment is seeking reliable and skilled Forklift Drivers to join a reputable company based in Cantley. If you hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence and are looking for ongoing temporary work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

Position: Forklift Driver (FLT Counterbalance)

Location: Cantley (Easily commutable from Norwich, Great Yarmouth, and Lowestoft – accessible by train)

Pay Rate: £15.42 per hour

Overtime: £30.00 per hour (after 40 hours/week)

Shifts: Rotating (Monday to Friday)

06:00 – 14:00

14:00 – 22:00

22:00 – 06:00

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate an FLT Counterbalance forklift

Move and stack products across warehouse and production areas

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Support general production tasks when needed (minimal manual lifting – lifting aids provided)

Requirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment

Willingness to work rotating shifts (AM,PM and NIGHTS)

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physically fit to perform the duties required

Limited experience? That’s okay — we’re open to candidates with some forklift experience who are ready to learn and grow.
