Job Role: Health, Safety and Environment Advisor

Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire

Salary: £30,000-£36,000 with great benefits and long-term potential

We're now looking for a passionate and driven Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join their dedicated internal team and support ongoing safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor:

* Championing safety across departments and site teams

* Coordinating the company’s Risk Register and HSE Improvement Plans

* Supporting audits and compliance checks

* Delivering HSE insights, coaching, and engaging internal teams

* Taking ownership of training docs, first aid kit stock, and PPE needs

* Playing a key role in driving cultural change around safety and sustainability

What We're Looking For:

* Strong understanding of HSE practices (IOSH Managing Safely is a must)

* Manufacturing experience

* NEBOSH

* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

* NVQ Level 3 in Occupational H&S is a bonus

* Previous experience working across HSE, Environmental or Compliance roles

* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
