Monday to Thursday 1.55 pm to 11.55 pm

Well–established company based in Barnstaple, making a wide range of corrugated cardboard packaging.

What is the purpose of the Forklift Driver?

Unloading deliveries of raw materials and backloading trailers with finished products.

What are the responsibilities of the Forklift Driver?

Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and products from incoming and outgoing vehicles/trucks Transport materials and products to designated areas in the warehouse or production facility Stack and organize materials and products in an efficient and safe manner Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Assist with inventory management by accurately recording incoming and outgoing shipments What are the qualifications and experience required for the Forklift Driver?

Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role Valid forklift operator certification or license Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and practices Ability to operate different types of forklifts, such as sit–down, stand–up, or reach trucks Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures Excellent hand–eye coordination and spatial awareness Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately What you get in return:

GBP12.21 per hour paid weekly in arrears Breaks paid Long weekend every other week Temp–to–Perm position for the right candidate When you pass perm, you will be put on the grade pay scheme
