As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the company s financial health and performance. You ll lead the finance function, manage budgets and reporting, and provide strategic financial insight to support decision–making. Working closely with senior management, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with operational and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Manage all aspects of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee financial processes related to stock management, costing, and operational performance. Conduct regular cost control reviews and recommend efficiency improvements. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders. Play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring financial controls and data integrity are maintained throughout the transition. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including auditors, bankers, and other professional advisors. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to deliver high–quality financial support. About You

Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to present financial information clearly. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others. Qualified or part–qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) preferred, though substantial experience will also be considered.
