Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.Ensure compliance with regulatory and company financial policies.Assist in identifying cost–saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within the organisation.Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.A relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.Able to commute to our client's office in Alfreton.Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem–solving abilities.A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Job Offer
