Factory Operative – Temp to Perm

Location: Duxford

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are working with a leading food manufacturer in Duxford who are looking for a Factory Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long–term career in food manufacturing, with the chance to upskill and expand their knowledge across production and warehousing.

Please note: Due to the location, you must have your own transport.

Duties of the Factory Operative:

Washing and preparing productsRunning and assisting on the production linePacking finished productsQuality checking products to ensure they meet required standardsPalletising finished productsAssisting with general production and warehouse dutiesOperating an FLT after appropriate trainingSupporting other areas of the business when required

The Ideal Factory Operative:

Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferredGood attention to detailGood timekeeping and reliabilityGood communication skillsWilling to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilitiesLooking for a long–term Temp to Perm opportunityFull UK driving licence and own transport

Pay & Hours:

13.00 per hourMonday to Friday7:30am – 5:00pm
