Search are working with their client in the Aberdeen area who are looking for dedicated, hard working individuals to assist them throughout their busy period and potentially beyond.

Job title: Fin Abler AND Filliter

Location: Aberdeen (central)

Shifts / Timings: Full–time – 35 to 40hrsp/w, 4AM START TIME

Pay: 13p/h ( 14.57 inc holidays)

Job Role:

Remove fins from fish (Fin Abler) / cut and portion fish (Filleter)Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency on the production lineInspect fish for quality and report any issuesKeep work area clean and safeFollow all food safety and hygiene proceduresWork closely with your team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

Experience in fish processing is ESSENTIALStrong hand–eye coordination and ability to work with sharp toolsComfortable working in a chilled environmentAble and/or willing to get to site for 4amAble to follow instructions and work well in a team setting
