Factory Operative – Colchester

12.78 per hour Full–Time Temporary Ongoing Monday to Friday (07:30 – 16:00)

We're currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a thriving and reputable company based in Colchester, Essex. This is a temporary ongoing position, offering a great opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills within a successful manufacturing environment.

The company supplies bespoke solutions to the construction industry, making this an excellent chance to be part of a busy, hands–on team.

Working Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday07:30 – 16:00 (hours may vary) 12.78 per hourWeekly pay

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting skilled machine operators with the manufacturing processFollowing production schedules to meet daily targetsFeeding materials and components into machinesUsing hand and power tools safely and effectivelySupporting various aspects of the production and manufacturing process

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)Ability to use hand and power tools confidentlyCapable of manual handling and heavy lifting when requiredA proactive attitude and willingness to learn
