Groomfield Recruitment are currently recruiting 3 Factory Operatives for our well-established and growing client based in Tamworth (B79). These roles offer long-term opportunities for the right candidates who show commitment, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Location: Tamworth B79

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: 06:00 to 16:30 – 4 out of 5 days per week (Mon–Fri rotation)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Overtime: Paid at £18.23 per hour

Duties Include:

* Loading and unloading machinery

* Weighing and preparing stock

* Machine minding

* General stock movement around the factory

* Some heavy lifting (up to 20kg)

* Palletising and labelling stock

* Supporting the goods-out process
