Factory Joiner – Shuttering Joiner

Location: Newbridge, Edinburgh

Pay: 23.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday – 7am till 5pm

Are you an experienced Joiner or Shuttering Joiner looking for a hands–on role within a busy manufacturing environment? We're hiring Factory Joiners to join a busy team in Newbridge, Edinburgh.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be working within a factory environment, manufacturing timber moulds used for concrete casts and ensuring all products are produced accurately and to the required standards. Key responsibilities include:

Manufacturing timber moulds for concrete castsMeasuring, cutting and assembling timber to specific dimensionsWorking from technical drawings, plans and specificationsUsing a range of hand and power toolsConstructing shuttering, moulds and timber framesEnsuring moulds are accurately manufactured and finishedCarrying out quality checks on completed mouldsMaking adjustments and modifications where requiredPreparing moulds for concrete castingMoving and handling timber and materials safelyMaintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the factoryFollowing Health & Safety procedures at all timesWhat You'll Get
