Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Extrusion Operator to join a growing plastics manufacturing business based in Liverpool.

This position offers structured training within blown film extrusion, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing or engineering to develop specialist skills within a well-established production environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the operation and optimisation of production machinery

* Monitor product quality to ensure adherence to required specifications

* Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance activities

* Identify and escalate production or quality issues in a timely manner

* Maintain accurate production records and documentation

* Work effectively within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment

Candidate Profile

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:

* Plastics manufacturing (e.g. extrusion, injection moulding, thermoforming)

* General manufacturing or production environments

* Engineering or mechanically focused roles

You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, xjnqpsq and the ability to work effectively as part of a shift-based team.
