Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm Friday 8:00am – 1:30pm

Ongoing position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electronic Assembly Operative to join our client, based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electronics background who enjoys hands–on assembly work in a structured and quality–driven environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Building sub–assemblies to maintain stock levels for new build and service requirementsWorking from instruction manuals and works orders accurately and efficientlySoldering (through hole and surface mount)Wiring and small sub–assembly buildsEnsuring all work meets quality standards

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in small sub–assembly buildingSoldering experience (through hole and surface mount preferred)Electronics backgroundStrong attention to detailAbility to follow technical instructions and diagrams
