Electrical Supervisor | Yeovil | £40,000 per annum

Are you a hands-on electrical leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, taking ownership of people, production schedules and output quality?

This Electrical Supervisor role offers the opportunity to make a real operational impact within a growing engineering business.

As a Electrical Supervisor, you’ll take full responsibility for a busy electrical workshop, leading from the front and ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule. This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, accountability and driving performance.

As a Electrical Supervisor, you will benefit from:

As a Electrical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day running of the electrical workshop, leading by example

Planning production activity in line with shipping schedules and tight deadlines

Supervising, motivating and performance-managing the electrical team

Monitoring consumables, key components and labour requirements

Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and compliance standards

Reporting production risks and solutions to senior management

As a Electrical Supervisor, your experience will include:

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role xjnqpsq within an electrical or manufacturing environment

The ability to read and interpret electrical schematic and wiring diagrams

Background in control panel wiring or similar electrical assembly work

Strong organisational skills with a focus on efficiency and output

A practical, hands-on approach with confident decision-making ability
