We are currently recruiting for an experienced electrical assembler / wireman on behalf of our client based in Birmingham
Working hours 37.5 per week
Responsibilities:
– Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications
– Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks
– Install and connect wiring, cables, and electrical components
– Test assembled products to ensure functionality and quality
– Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies as needed
– Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Experience:
– Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field is preferred
– Knowledge of logic controllers, surface mount technology, and mechanical assembly techniques is a plus
– Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical assembly
– Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components
