Location: LE12 (commutable from Markfield, Coalville, Loughborough)

Salary: Up to 14.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm

Renowned for its bespoke products and recognised as a market leader in fabricated metal products, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, precision, and reliability across the industry.

The Dispatch Operative Role:

As a Goods In Operative, you will play a key role in the day–to–day operation of the warehouse, ensuring all incoming deliveries are received, checked, and processed accurately. Working as part of a busy Goods In and Despatch team, you will help maintain stock accuracy and ensure materials are available to support production and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries safely and efficientlyChecking deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notesInspecting goods for damage or discrepancies and reporting any issuesBooking stock into the warehouse management systemLabelling and storing stock in the correct warehouse locationsSupporting stock control and inventory accuracyAssisting with container unloading when requiredSupporting both Goods In and Despatch operations as requiredOperating Counterbalance Forklift Truck (essential)Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentFollowing all health & safety procedures at all times

About You:

Previous experience in a Goods In, Warehouse Operative, or Stores roleExperience checking and booking in deliveriesValid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential)Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse processesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive, hands–on approach with a positive attitude
