Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Are you a creative culinary thinker with a flair for turning food ideas into commercially viable products? We're looking for a Development Chef to join our fast-paced, fun, and food-obsessed team.

You’ll support the innovation process from sketchbook to shelf—creating products that not only taste amazing but also deliver for some of the UK’s biggest brands in food-on-the-move.

What you’ll do:

* Bring exciting food concepts to life and support them through to launch

* Keep your finger on the pulse of trends and ingredients (globally and locally)

* Present your creations to clients with confidence

* Work closely with our NPD team to ensure every recipe hits the mark

* Help manage the test kitchen, maintain top hygiene standards, and liaise with suppliers

* Attend tastings, brainstorms, and industry events to keep the ideas flowing

What you bring:

* Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 2 or similar)

* Experience in NPD or a commercial kitchen

* Passion for food, flavour, and trends

* A “let’s do this” attitude with strong presentation and problem-solving skills

* A full UK driving licence

Bonus points for Level 3 Food Safety and experience in food manufacturing environments!
