Customer Service Operative

Industrious Recruitment is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Operative to join a busy warehouse environment.

This role involves supporting customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, excellent service, and accurate administration. You’ll be working closely with colleagues in a fast-paced setting where attention to detail and great communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Processing orders and updating records accurately

*

Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve queries

*

Providing excellent customer service at all times

*

Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements:

Previous customer service or administration experience desirable

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*

Confident using computers and data entry systems

*

Positive attitude and strong team player

Hours & Pay:

*

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:15pm

*

Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

*

£12.60 per hour
