As Continuous Improvement Engineer you'll support the delivery of Lean and Six Sigma projects across our organisation; collaborating closely with multiple departments to enhance production and support processes, ensuring they align with business needs and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Identify, prioritise, and monitor progress on improvement projects; track and report results using Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesEnsure solutions from completed projects are embedded and sustained, driving lasting changeActively engage with internal peers and across the Safran group to ensure best practice implementationUse agreed metrics to validate project requirements and make resource recommendationsSupport the Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering Lead in cultivating and sustaining a culture of continuous improvementDrive operational performance enhancement through structured proble solving methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC)Develop and maintain strong cross–functional relationships to collaboratively drive improvement programmesWhat you'll bring:

Proven experience delivering, monitoring, and reporting on continuous improvement projectsGreen Belt qualification and/or certificationAbility to ensure solutions are fully embedded and sustained long–termStrong cross–functional collaboration and relationship–building skills.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel for data analysis.Innovative mindset with ability to explore and implement creative solutions.Fluent in English.
