Actio Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a leading precision engineering company based in Ferndown. We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner with proven experience programming, setting, and operating Mazak machines.

The Role:

You ll be joining a well–established team producing high–precision components for aerospace, defence, and other demanding sectors. This is a hands–on role requiring full–cycle machining expertise on Mazak Integrex lathes.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming using Mazatrol controls Setting and operating multi–axis CNC machinery Interpreting complex engineering drawings Ensuring tight tolerances and high–quality finishes Conducting in–process inspection and quality checks About You:

Time–served CNC Turner with Integrex experience Confident programming in Mazatrol Strong understanding of precision machining and tooling Able to work independently and as part of a team Quality–focused with a proactive approach to problem–solving

What s on Offer:

Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience) Day shift position 4 days per week Monday to Thursday
