Job Title: CNC Turner Nights

Location: Commutable from Leicester

Salary / Pay Rate: 53,564 per annum

Shift / Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm – 6:00am

About the Company

The Role

As a CNC Turner Nights, you'll be responsible for manufacturing aerospace parts. You'll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Turning machines following approved procedures and programs.Read, interpret, and control CNC code to support accurate machine setup and operation.Manage all setup parameters including datum setting, tool length, and wear offsets to maintain process accuracy.Ensure quality output through precise machining and effective use of measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, etc.).About You:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Aerospace or Automotive industry.Apprentice trained or proven equivalent hands–on experience in a precision manufacturing environment.Skilled in working to production timelines, SOPs, and company–specific documentation.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.Self–motivated team player with a positive attitude and results–driven approach.
