With continued investment in automation and process development, the business is expanding its engineering team to support increased production and new product introduction.Your new roleAs a CNC Programmer, you'll play a critical role in developing and optimising machining strategies for complex components. You'll be responsible for:

Programming CNC machines using Siemens NX and VericutCreating and modifying toolpaths for multi-axis machining centresSupporting NPI and prototype developmentCollaborating with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturabilityDriving continuous improvement in cycle times, tool life and other production areas What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in CNC programming within a precision engineering environmentStrong proficiency in Siemens NX (or similar CAM software)Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&TA proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and quality What you'll get in return
