Job description

Recruitment Solutions Workforce are currently recruiting CNC operators with experience within the automotive / aerospace / manufacturing sectors to join our client's team.

Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of operating CNC machines FANUC, MAZAK and SIEMENS Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances Ability to problem solves any technical issues arising in machining cells. Previous experience in a manufacturing / aerospace / automotive industry Experience in working in a medium/high volume production environment Understanding of quality systems and completing quality checks/gauging Attention to detail is essential Able to work with minimal supervision. Duties:

Ensuring machines are set up efficiently for production and/or product run minimising downtime 1st off checks are completed. Operate CNC milling machines. Responsible for monitoring product quality via visual inspection and/or via gauge measurement Monitor and record production output vs target and record any downtime and rejects Carry out daily machining checks Always maintaining a safe and clean working environment Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality and machine availability Shift Patterns are dependent on demand

Monday till Friday 37hrs per week –

The below will be a requirement in busy periods

6am–2pm 14.65 per hour

2pm–10pm 14.65 per hour

10pm – 6am 15.65 per hour
