Job Title: Stock Controller / Warehouse Manager

Location: Cradley Heath

Pay: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Stock Controller / Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and stock management at our Cradley Heath site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a key operational role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate records and timely adjustments.

Liaise with other departments regarding stock orders, discrepancies, and adjustments.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to procedures.

Conduct regular stock checks and audits.

Support the implementation of inventory control systems and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse management or stock control.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Comfortable using inventory management systems or software.

A hands-on approach with attention to detail.
