Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Salary: GBP17 GBP20 per hour (DOE) + shift allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:
TK Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well–established precision and heavy engineering company based in Oldham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing high–quality components for a variety of engineering applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist with experience working on medium–to–large engineering components, bespoke parts and complex machining projects.
Key Responsibilities
Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines.
Work with vertical and horizontal machining centres.
Produce precision components from detailed engineering drawings.
Manufacture medium–to–large components to tight tolerances.
Carry out machine setups, tooling changes and programme adjustments.
Perform quality checks using precision measuring equipment.
Work independently on bespoke and low–volume production jobs.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workplace safety.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter or Operator.
Strong CNC milling programming and setting experience.
Fanuc control experience preferred but other controls considered.
Experience machining steel and other engineering materials.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances.
Experience with large components or heavy engineering advantageous.
Confident working independently with minimal supervision.
